REFUND  POLICY

Refund Policy:

1. Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered complete.

 

2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed bookings. This includes cancellations made by the customer or changes in plans.

 

3. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer refunds, we may be able to accommodate changes to your reservation depending on availability.

 

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notification may result in forfeiture of your payment and cancellation of your reservation.

 

5. Exceptions: In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment malfunction or facility closure, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a credit for future use.
